Being the Head Coach of a High School Football team is not a job, it is a life calling and must be lived 24 hours a day. My job as the Head Coach is to ensure players and coaches have what they need to develop into the best possible version of themselves.

Recruit and Develop Assistant Coaches
Find the best people possible to connect with our student athletes
Give Coaches the tools to grow personally and professionally by using their talents

Handle the logistics to allow our coaches to coach and our players to play
Create A Positive Culture to Enhance Player Development

Above anything else my job as the Head Football Coach for North Central High School is to care for and develop the student athletes and adults under my leadership. This is a role goes far beyond a job and is a mission that takes priority 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the rest of my life.
