Objective: Build strong relationships that reach across position groups and grade levels.

    • Come back to mentor and talk to family unit once they graduate

Academic College

Objective: To give our student-athletes the tools to reach their full potential in the classroom.

  • Great Athletes are Great Students

  • Study Tables Two Times Per Week

  • Work with Teachers to get Subject Specialists in to help

  • National Honor Society Volunteer Hours

  • Sessions focused on studying and organizational skills

Leadership School

Objective: Teach our student-athletes how to be servant leaders to their peers and community.

  • We will teach our student-athletes how to be Servant Leaders

  • 15 minutes once per week

  • Use Online Teaching Tools to Introduce Theme of the Week

  • Variety of Different Content

SAT/ACT Prep

Objective: Increase the opportunities of our student athletes by helping them to achieve higher test scores.

  • Ensure all college bound student-athletes have an SAT and ACT score by the start of their Senior year

  • Give familiarity to the test through overview

  • Teach effective test taking strategies to maximize score

  • Use PrepFactory.com to create fun, competitive environment to encourage studying
